Dealer Giveaway T's & C's

1 .   The promotion Promoter is MULTI MARKET SERVICES NEW ZEALAND LIMITED trading as KiwiPlates, 125 The Strand, Parnell, Auckland 1010 NZ (“The Promoter”). 

2.    Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

3.    The promotion will run between 1:00pm on Thursday 02.03.2023 and 11:59pm on Friday 31.03.2023 (“Promotional Period”). 

Who can participate in the promotion? 

4.    Entry is open to all dealers who received an email inviting them to order through the new Dealer Order Platform.   

5.    The competition excludes employees and immediate families of The Promoter and their associated companies and agencies. 

How to take part in the promotion 

6.    To enter, a salesperson from a registered dealership must place an order through the KiwiPlates Dealer Order Platform. 

7.      A maximum of (1) entry per person with valid login details is permitted. Additional entries will be excluded. 

Determination and Notification of winners 

8.    There will be 2x winners. The winners will be notified of their prize by email on Monday 03.04.2023. 

9.     The winners will be chosen at random, and must have a valid salesperson email address and order ID in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

10.    The prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry. However, in a dispute, will be awarded to the account holder of the entry mechanism used to submit their entry (i.e. account holder of the email address submitted as part of the promotion). 

11.     If a winner has not contacted The Promoter by Monday 24.04.2023 then he or she will forfeit the prize. 

Prize on Offer 

12.    2x winners will be drawn and will each receive a Prezzy Card to the value of $500. The Prezzy card will be sent to the winners via courier and must be signed for with a signature.
