I the dealer am acting as an authorised representative for my customer in relation to this product order. I am authorised by the customer to place this order on their behalf. I confirm that I have supplied my customer with a copy of the Kiwiplates Terms and Conditions of Sale and obtained their agreement to be bound by these Terms of Sale.

I confirm that payment for this order will be made directly by the dealer and acknowledge the receipt will be sent directly to the dealer.
