Transfer of Entitlement of a Personalised Plate

This is a legal document to transfer entitlement of a Personalised Plate. Entitlement to personalised plates means the person who is lawfully entitled to receive the plate. It is not legal ownership. The plate manufacturer, LicenSys, records will be updated from the date of receipt of the Transfer of Entitlement.
