No one understands that more than Robert Bruce, who spent years grinding away in the corporate rat race. But then a redundancy spurred him to break out of his rut and found Got to Get Out – a social enterprise with a mission to get more Kiwis into nature. Now Robert has found his true calling. As well as running over 300 events around Aotearoa, he was a semi-finalist for the 2019 New Zealander of the Year. While he left the desk behind, Robert still has plenty of marketing skills under the belt – the Got to Get Out van is basically a mobile billboard, with messaging right down to the plate.
